Imagine having the opportunity to restore the WRC rally decals on a “Box Fresh” 1993 Ford Escort Cosworth Motorsport Group N+.
Our friends at Appreciating Classics have acquired this stunning vehicle for their showroom. When it arrived with them it without any rally decals. As a tribute to the original Group N brochure car, they enlisted our help to restore to its full glory.
We used the original Escort RS Cosworth Brochure to redraw the original decals from scratch. This process alone, took over 12 hours to complete.
All the stripes are digitally printed with colour fading from dark to light Blue. The rear spoiler wrapping was challenging but the results are great.
After a lengthy-measure up process we finally got all the decals ready to go.
The end result has produced a factory built 700 mile Escort Cosworth that can be road or rally used, and will belong to one of Appreciating Classics premier customers.
